Scope
These terms govern the use of the EMC public website and the coordinator portal. Participation in the competition is also governed by the competition rules.
Participation and sponsorship requests
Submitting a request does not guarantee participation or sponsorship. The EMC team reviews every request and contacts the sender. The information provided must be truthful and belong to a real institution or company.
Coordinator portal
- The coordinator code is personal and non-transferable, and belongs to one school and one edition.
- The coordinator is responsible for the accuracy of the students’ data and for having their guardians’ authorisation.
- The organisers may suspend access in case of misuse.
Availability
The organisers aim to keep the site available at all times but cannot guarantee the absence of interruptions due to maintenance or external causes.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
