Site owner
This website belongs to the English Mastery Competition (EMC), an initiative of FunESL Academy (Venezuela). FunESL Academy’s full identification details (legal name, tax ID, address and contact email) will be published here as soon as the client provides them.
Purpose of the site
The site presents the competition, receives participation requests from schools and sponsorship requests from companies, and gives confirmed schools’ coordinators access to the private portal.
Intellectual property
The EMC name, the owl logo and the EMC contents are the property of FunESL Academy. School and sponsor logos belong to their owners and are displayed with their permission.
Use of the site
Users agree to use the site and the portal lawfully and not to attempt to access restricted areas without authorisation. Portal access is exclusive to coordinators of confirmed schools, through a unique, non-transferable code.
Applicable law
This notice is governed by the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
